Maintenance booking

You can easily book maintenance service through a phone call on 01017717789 for machines under warranty.

You can deliver the machine personally to the nearest Tradeco Al-Sayyad branch, or request it to be delivered from your door to the maintenance center
(Delivery service is available for machines currently sold only)

If you would like to service a machine purchased from outside Tradeco El Sayad, please deliver it to your nearest branch

Maintenance procedures

After successfully booking maintenance, you will receive an SMS with a confirmation containing the specific date for maintenance or to receive the machine if you choose the home delivery service to the maintenance center.

Whether it is routine maintenance or a breakdown, the device will be checked and you will receive a text message to confirm the charges

When the fees are accepted, the device will be registered for maintenance and you will receive an SMS with the date of receipt from the branch or the date of home delivery if you have chosen the delivery service.

Machine receipt

On the date of receipt, all you have to do is go to the branch where you delivered the machine and receive your successfully maintained machines.

If you have chosen the home delivery service to the maintenance center, there is not much to do other than wait in the comfort of your home for your machines to arrive.
